He has been involved in the sport for nearly 40 years. He is a trainer, cutman, cornerman, writer, TV personality, and the CEO of Rival Boxing Gear Inc.
Anber trained David Lemieux for the majority of Lemieux’s career. Anber first started training Lemieux when Lemieux was just 9 years old.
Anber also trained former WBO world middleweight titlist Otis Grant. He started working with Grant when Grant was 13 years old. Grant retired in 2006 with a record of 38-3-1, with 17 wins by knockout.
Anber has also worked extensively with Sergio Martinez, Deontay Wilder, and Vasyl Lomachenko to name a few. He is the creator and CEO of Rival Boxing Gear, which is one of the most popular and successful boxing apparel and equipment companies in the world.
